Adding an improved copy of a film that's part of a batch.

Currently there is a copy of Mazinger vs Ankoku Daishogun as part of the HK subbed Mazinger Classic Movie collection. I have a copy of this film in better quality and properly softsubbed (not HK subbed). Would I be allowed to offer this as a separate file?
