personally, I can't decide between hot or cold, but for hot I go 40-45C and cold is 30-35C
body temperature showers are boring :-\ (and yes, my shower has a thermostat)
Cold is WHAAAAAAT?

That's a hot shower!
Cold is something around 0-10.
10-18 is middle range.
18-28 is warm.
Over that is hot.
evidently you like your showers cold...
anything below body heat is cold, so 30C is quite cold
There must a be a reason for tanking things. And all must be in certain balance.
But what that balance is, must depend only on you, nobody else.

My shower is halfway between 5 and 6 and halfway between high and off. Don't really change it. I can't stand really hot showers though.

Well if it really counts, I shower in the morning, every morning. Occasionally I'll take a bath at night, and when I do, I drop just a few grams of Uranium ore into the tub. I find it's tingly-ness to be quite...refreshing.

If you want some,:
Anywho~ I've actually noticed that sometimes, I'll turn the water on max. And for where I live, that means "Eh, I don't -NEED- skin.".

Basically, you feel it for a second or two, then you feel cold, then nothing at all. Then again, could be the Uranium ore. S'not really important.

I believe in taking care of myself. A balanced diet and a rigorous exorcise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an icepack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now.

After I remove the icepack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply a herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine.

Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

Am I the only one who noticed this is a Christian Bale quote from American Psycho?
