Anyway back to topic. Still waiting for the aether collab mod to be finished. Totally going to make a new map for that.
Well you're obviously not going to be impressed by a stupid google or youtube search... it's an entire universe, it's a whole nother dimension. It took me WEEKS to actually comprehend just how VAST touhou is. I mean like, think of the largest fictional universe you know of, multiply the vastness by about 10, then replace all the casts with females (more specifically, over 120 characters). Now think of the 600+ songs from the GAMES, and the 200gb+ of fanmade music (lossy, mind you, lossless would be several tb)
Then the art. THE ART BRO. Go on any image database, and look up some generic tag. Every, if not every other page, will have touhou fanart. DA? I'd say like half of the anime-esque art is touhou. Comiket? Over half of the circles present at comiket are for Touhou.
Did I mention the PLETHORA of LEGIT and FULL BLOWN fangames made for touhou? I think I have something like 20gb of fangames. And these games are like, not even close to 1gb per game. There are just that many.
Merchandise? There are companies, that JUST make touhou merchandise. There are also major merchandise manufactures like Griffon Enterprise that make HIGH QUALITY figures (I'm talking over $150)
So what about the universe? There are several official mangas, as well as literature written for it. There's even an entire book on the HISTORY of Gensokyo (The universe of touhou) And I mean like, historical accounts of when it was first created, major events in it's history, etc etc. Not only that, there are actual books that describe the characters, backgrounds, attacks, history, etc etc.
I can't even BEGIN to describe just how vast, intricate, detailed, musical, amazing, and just MIND BLOWING touhou is.
But that's getting off topic.Anyways, when the hell is 1.6 coming out, I want my damn pistons
