Cope:
-Faster than light travel or bending space/time to do somewhat the same.
-Quick and efficient terraforming of planets.
- Energy conversion efficiency of 100%
-I'm kinda into rail guns lately so owning the hell out of shit with newton and Lorentz would be awesome. (accelerating a 25kg slug that hits with the force of a nuclear bomb  8) )
-Genetic alteration to make up for the centuries of screwing with evolution.
-Artificial intelligence would be awesome to, but creepy (doom scenario's might become reality)
-Interaction with other intelligent life forms would be amazingly interesting.

and about the cloaking thing, meta material could be used (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metamaterial_cloaking)
