You, uh, do know what semi-approved means, right?
It means one moderator has approved, but it is awaiting the decision of a second moderator.
Which means it's not approved yet.
Which means it's not available yet.
Which means no one else can download the file.
Which means no one will be downloading from the torrent.
So yes, you will have to seed it, at least when it is approved. By the way, you will have to add your private passkey to the torrent or download from the download page once it's approved (actually I think you should be able to download it immediately, as the uploader). How else is anyone else going to get the files?
