it goes like this first: would you like to be a cyborg as in ghost in the shell or would you like to have cyber enhancements and if so what kind. second how do you think this would change the way the would is now?

i would go cyber in a second being old enough to see the end but young enough to still want to do stupid stuff, and my various injuries and illnesses just make the idea that much more interesting.
the world that is to say society would not change at first because of laws and conservative ideas but eventually the presence of persons that where virtually immortal and with out the need to reproduce would change the world out of recognition

I would go Cyborg the way Solty was in Solty Rei. Be a complete "Resemble" with super technologies like sonic punch and the ability to fly and be a super computer that can run a city. At the same time, I think I would try to avoid any sort of "arrests" that the authorities might try to accomplish because of my Cyborgness. Plus, I would never have to endure physical pain ever again (but I would still wish to retain emotional pain).

I wanna get me some extra brain storage, and probably reinforced bones, that is all.

the only cybernetic augumentations that I'll need would be:
Big brain storage space, with the ability to connect to a PC to download/upload stuff.
sort of an OSD thingy that is over my field of vision and shows me stuff, like rainmeter on the PC desktop.
HD video playback/recording
WiFi connectivity, or equivalent.
Indestructible liver.
