THe INternet, Remember the first time using it?

I was seven when I started using aol when i went to my grandparents' house (they had it long before we did) and played bingo of all things. I didn't get addicted to the internet until I discovered anime 2 years ago and finding this site ended all hope of recovery.

How does this even happen? Do you find your dad's, mom's, older siblings stash? And why would you care about women at that age?

I was googling my pokemon and found out about the massive world of porn and hentai. I had my own laptop, so I just did stuff in my room.

lol, no, i dont remember the first time i used the internet. the earliest i remember my family having an internet line, we had to unplug the phone so we wouldnt get kicked off. i dont know if windows 95 even existed back then. we always fought over the computer+internet.... mostly 'who f-ed up the computer now?!!' kinda stuff cuz my sister spent the most time on it doing haruhi knows what and such. i hated it back then. the load times were almost 5 minutes for a page... on a good day. our "computer" looked like a bunch of parts fell on top of each other in the dump. someone brought it home and called it a computer lol. i could not think of one useful thing to do with the internet back then, this was way before anime was as popular as it is. so i just ignored it.
aaaaanyway, im glad it's not like it was back in the day.
