Scudworth:
first time I used the internet was in about 1993 or 94. The school just got it and we couldn't do anything cool with it. I remember my computer room teacher going on about how amazing it is and all that. But all I could see was something with no fun things on it yet and what it had was incredibly slow.

I'm glad it's improved.  ;)

My dad's always been That Techy Asian Guy so... xD

Well I was using youtube when I was 6... which was almost a decade ago, so... well I've been around for awhile :P

Besides I needed the interwebz for fap material at an early stage in life like Tomoya :P

I didn't REALLY start using the internet until around 5th grade though, started off with runescape and then my internet knowledge just grew exponentially from there.

I think first time I found myself at 4chan was at 11 (oh god the horrors), and stuff like forums started at 12 ish, starting uploading crap to youtube around that age too (hey my old account get's a few hundred thousand views)

Now... now the internet is my life x.x forums, email, youtube, niconico, facebook, communication, homework, education, music, everything is on the web now x.x even books ffs

i didnt really get into until just over a year ago (when i got this laptop). man, i have had to learn a LOT in a very short time.

when my family first got the internet, it was like a great new toy....which wasnt very fun cuz there was nothing you could do with it. other than virus filled porn sites (... well, just about every site was unsafe), i wasnt able to find anything fun to do with it.

First time using the internet was when i was 7, i really didn't think much of it then, looked more like an endless array of boring white pages than anything else.

I spent most of my time doodling around the desktop and playing schrodinger's cat yes they actually made this game were the cats bed was a box. I spent most of my time playing random board games with Chester the cat, until my parents got me quake and a gaming cd.

My computer had no cd drive so i had to use the other computer in the office.
quake was incredibility annoying, not only was the mobility of my character slow, the ammo packs were scattered in the most annoying places. I didn't even know what my mission was, sometimes i would run into clues but most of the time was just dancing in circles.

My favorite game has got to be math kingdom, the setting was single player rpg, you had to break codes around the room or on objects to move unto the next level.

I got hooked on the internet once online gaming and anime took off around 2004.

I'd experienced email back in '90 when I was a seven year old playing on my dad's work computer, but the first time I really used the web was in '95 when my mom got a Power Macintosh 6100.  It wasn't until '97, when we got a Pentium 233 MMX that I really started using it though.

Addiction followed in '98 when I configured my dad's Quantex 400Mhz P2 monster.  Damned thing had an Hitachi 21" monitor and seemed like a beast at the time.
