A real game is Doom/Doom2 and Duke Nukem 3D and the likes, rarely there comes a game I can say is really good. Dragon Age :Origin is a good game as well.

I got a key and I was honest...I've never played DotA. I play LoL. I like LoL some of the time. The rest of the time I play a real game, like ME.
ME is more like an interactive movie than a game

No, that's Indigo Prophecy or Heavy Rain. But your point stands, the amount of cut-scenes in that game...

I'm gunna leave you anyway.

Anyone have an extra beta key thing?  My friend doesn't like me playing on his account all the time...

I can pay if necessary but I think I am cool guy.

DOTA2 will be officially free, but will feature an in-game Cosmetic-only store, they are not going to limit hero selection like HON nor give in-game bonuses
LIke LOL

Thankfully this sort of in-game transactions is where gaming is going.

That's acceptable, online store not affecting gameplay in any way.
I don't mind it that way, we could use some new characters though.

There's a Dota 2 invite bundle in the Dota 2 store. Can anyone purchase this and play the beta? Or is it just an invite thing?
Kinda expensive though.

yeah you can actually purchase your dota2 invite . . . it is expensive, I'm not too sure if you can still get them for free at their webpage (signing up) . . .or wait till someone gets more invites. . .

but yeah, you can pretty much purchase it right now as if it were an actual game. . . I'll be honest, hands down to Valve for making it damn legit

I'm willing to sell one for $7 or you can head over to steamtrades and get one for the same price if you dont trust me.

EDIT: Anyone who can have a laugh and is good at the game, wana play a few pubs (and possibly scrims if you have competitive experience) with me and some other lads from the UK? Also we play DayZ when we get bored of Dota, and you're welcome to join us on that (we have NVGs and high tier gear).
