Yeah, the series artwork was magnificent. I'm sure it will be the same, if not better, because of the time they may have put into it.

I think "Kore wa Zombie desuka?" is going to be the new HSoTD/Ika Musume for the winter season.

I just watched two 5-minute special type things of Haiyoru! Nyaru-ani: Remember My Love.
To put it bluntly, it looks weird as fuck. But like a good weird.

It's "Remember My Love(craft-sensei)" and viewing the comments it is weird as fuck (and rather garbage .... while you can't really trust anidb's ratings a temporary rating of 5.15 does say enough about the quality of this show)

Actually, there are going to be 9 of these 5-minute videos, until the show actually airs I think. It started last week with 70 days, then this week with 63 days, so I'm assuming it starts in about 63 days...

I really don't understand the popularity of Ika.  The show wasn't THAT funny.  Typically I disagree with people who say the "moeblob" stuff is ruining anime, but the popularity of shows like Ika Musume make me less committed to that disagreement.

Anyways,

I REALLY want Mirai Nikki to get greenlit for a full anime season.  It has SUCH a good story, like Higashi no Eden with a psychopathic yandere.

The return of Mistudomoe and Kimi ni Todoke are much appreciated.  Can't wait for them to start up again   8)

What the hell is wrong with the art work in "I don't like you at all big brother"?  She looks deformed as shit.  I feel like that show is also doomed since it's airing right after Ore Imouto is ending.

New stuff that looks promising : Starry Sky (kind of reminds me of Kaichou wa Maid Sama?), Zombie, and Gosick.

when 3 great anime producers claim that the season is taken by Ika Musume, they are correct :)

the show is great as it is, followed the manga pretty closely, it doesn't have to be super funny to be a great comedy show, the important thing is how they did the jokes, the cute stuff, the dramatic stuff, the touching moments, and the ones when you go "daawww that was so adorable ^_^"

in those respects, Ika Musume did Steal the hearts of the fans, I never gotten so obsessed with an anime character, and here i am, totally drunk with her cuteness :)

The art in the manga is kinda fucked too, hoped they would upgrade it to better standards but seems they didn't
Though it's a fun "story' and not comparable to "Ore no Imouto" though ... here the sister is a bro-con and pursuing her oni-chan actively  (I don't see Kirino throwing out all his non-incest porn out for ex. :p)

Some of the OVAs on the right hand side catch my eye.

T.P. Sakura:  Da Capo spinoff is something that I've been waiting for.

Dream C Club:  Sounds interesting.

Yuri Seijin Naoko-san:  A planet full of lesbians brings many images to mind...
