Now... I guess I'm inclined to make a response.

As for the .... stuff, I think people actually perceive it as a breath?

Case study: Malcolm in the middle. (Just think this way, ok?)

Now... I... think... that... you are.... so... fucking... gay.... asshole...

But... K... O... C... equals.... <3...

I do this too, but lately, I've been experimenting with the use of italics... On a computer anyways. I toy with cursive script when writing by hand.

philosophy is based on writings and second thing after thinking philosophers need to know is how to write :D

there is no real philosophy without writing and no non written philosophy can take place without written word...

Actually it's mostly due to the fact that language is the only way to communicate your thoughts to the world outside your head. Therefore one needs to be sufficiently proficient in the usage of language to be able to formulate ones mad schemes into understandable form.

And that's why philosphers need to know how to write just like carpenters need to know how to wield a hammer. Tools of the trade.

And you're damn right I am the love, Ale. You asthmatic old git.

In real life I put too much space between the words and too unevenly distributed. People  tend  to    find  that really  annoying.

Hmm, interesting... think my friend is exactly like you. I don't mind long sentences (too much "," and brackets), since I do that myself as well. But the uneven spacing between words is annoying as hell, really, cause when you copy-paste each others work together it becomes hell to fix layout, fonts, aligns, formats, and stuff. Sometimes I wonder how difficult it is, to just hit the space-bar only once between different words.

Conclusion, just write the way you like as long as you keep layout, aligns, formatting, and stuff consistent XD

PS. also highly annoying is the formatting for pictures in reports. If you got reports of 50+ pages, the last thing you want to do is fixing layout and reference issues with pictures/graphs/tables. People who tend to mess up with the space-bar, also tend to mess up with this.

Socrates didn't seem to need to know how to write.
