Absolutely fucking hilarious.

K-ON! video linked in InfoWorld story http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QMWUYMWlEyo&fmt=18

California gubernatorial candidate and former eBay CEO Meg Whitman might rightly claim tech savvy as one of her skills, but that knowledge hasn't trickled down to her campaign staff.
Meg Whitman's campaign shows how not to use Twitter [1]
A recent Tweet from California gubernatorial candidate Meg Whitman's campaign (above) included a Bit.ly condensed URL that took viewers to an unusual music video on YouTube (below).

In a recent Twitter update [2] sent out to Whitman campaign followers, Whitman's press secretary included a Bit.ly link intended to take clickers to a site with an endorsement from San Diego County Police Association. Instead, the link took them to a YouTube video titled "K-ON Fuwa Fuwa Timebass" featuring a bespectacled, long-haired Japanese man dressed in a pink tutu and thigh-high stockings, rocking out on a bass guitar in a bedroom.

They linked to hjfreaks?  Amazing.  He's Korean, though.

He's a member of a fusion jazz band called ORIENTAL EXPRESS that uses some of those weird-ass traditional Asian instruments.  You can buy their two albums on iTunes - pretty cool stuff.

Despite everything, I somehow find it pretty badass of the guy in the youtube vid  :P

Are you deaf as well as blind, woman? I'm not a carpet to walk over and I
distinctly heard myself speak. If I pinch your bottom, you can slap my face, but until I do, I expect a civil word for a civil word!
