Proxy connect error...

Well, i got this problem, i want to download Rurouni Kenshin but my utorrent says that "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it". Okay, so i went to the FAQ, it says: got to BakaBT channel. I click it, then it takes me to a chatroom that the last line is: == #bakabt You need to identify to a registered nick to join that channel. Check /msg nickserv help register. So i cannot see what the problem is, whether if the tracker is down or what...
I'm sorry if this was already answered, and i'm sorry for my poor english.  :-\

1. This has nothing to do with a proxy.
2. Have you tried typing "/msg nickserv help register" in? It tells you to do that, though it's a little vague.

Also read the instructions at the top of the page, above the chat window.

This guide will help you use commands as well.

So why didn't you type "/msg nickserv help register" ?

Connection went bad, just give it a few minutes and try starting the torrent again, or better yet, keep it running until it connects.
