Okay I'm getting super frustrated... I downloaded MKVExtract.... Downloaded mkvtoolnix...
they're in the same folder... I open mkvextractgui...  go to insert.. choose my mkv video... then a pop up comes on saying error creating chilg process.
I don't fucken understand wtf I'm supposed to do... I've been sitting here for about 10 hours trying to figure this shit out by myself downloaded about 7 different programs... I just need to know stop by stop what the fuck I need to do because this shit is getting to the point where I wanna smash my laptop

Okay it was a corrupt file I think cause I re downloaded it and it works fine.. phew... so I got the subtitles hard subbed in... but how do I change the language to the second language option which is Japanese? I have hard subs on top of english audio =s

I suppose you're still using Total Video Converter. You can change the audio stream there:
