Can't comment too much on how D3's is going to be setup as I know next to nothing about it, but as far as EQ2's market goes. Its far from game breaking. Just gives the casual gamer a little bit of a step towards the hardcore.

I played hardcore on a modem, Think I never went above level 25, was still so much fun :)
