And this is being based on what? WoW? If so, you might be correct. :P
The worse thing they did was GS... basically had raid groups that said "You must be this tall to ride!" XD

Starcraft: Ghost was iffy right out of the gate. I'm not too sure, but I'm not aware of any TPS games Blizz has made in the past.
And Blizzard is working on Heart of the Swarm... have you not seen the new units?

They are working on an expansion a little too long. It will turn out Heart of the Swarm will be the second standalone for the zerg, instead of the promised Protos campaign, and guess what ? no one will be surprised.
As for Starcraft Ghost, I've seen gameplay videos, it looked solid, but Blizzard decided to cancel a game tha twas nearing final development points.

Ummm... hello? It was known from the start that HotS will focus on the Zerg.
