What kind of "suggestions"? There's a lot to take into account, that's all.

Twas a respectful and politely written set of suggestions on things that they could possibly fix, eg, glitches, weapon balances, and he included several suggestions on HOW TO FIX these issues, and the thread gets locked and he gets banned.

Twice.
while you may think your friend told them "how to fix" issues in the game there are occasions where what you think is a fix in the game isnt something thats feasible now im not saying that is or isnt the case in your friends case.

However ive seen many a people being polite and helpful that come off as a complete fucktwit if you dont know exactly how they mean their statements and their "fixes" are misconstrued as some kid being an asshole and telling you how to do your job when he doesnt know shit about what in the game code is causing the glitches or doesnt know that you and the development team have been working for the past month to fix the glitches and the tweaks to even out guns and shit come with the update to fix the awful bugs your bitching about at the same time

it's not a reason to ban people from forums, I find such practice being incredibly annoying, and my friend was banned there 3 times, 2 times for suggesting some balancing with even some offsets and numbers, and the third time was when he replied in some topic where someone said to some other dude to go to suggestion board and write it there, he posted a reply not to do so cuz he will be banned, and both got banned lol :) he stopped supporting the company completely.

Exactly.

Besides he screencapped what he posted and the closed thread and ban, i don't think I can find the link anymore, but it was completely polite and respectful, the suggestions were reasonable and well thought out...

True, I only have respect for people who can take being criticized and using that criticism for the better.

Yes, now.

So why would they ban my friend twice for constructive, reasonable, polite, and professional criticism? twice?

Why would they even ban without any message either?

Explain to me why user satisfaction with Infinity Ward is terrible as well?

WaW and BO are way more balanced than MW2... MW1 is still probably better though...

Not really anything unbalanced at the minute, ak74u and g11 possibly, but they said there considering tweaking them slightly

Despite the whining and such, i love it personally...had my best game an hour ago so far (70-3) and my k/d almost 2.5...lovin it  8)

They should experiment with balance to mix things up a bit, make things more interesting.

experimenting with it live is a terrible idea, thats what beta testers are for =.=

also, Ak74 is slightly overpowered...

G11 is pretty weak though imo, although I suppose the accuracy is pretty cheap though

It works great, like in BFBC2.  The key is not to tell players what has changed, so they are not biased towards changes made.  Patch, then release notes a week after patch.
