UI designed from scratch for WoW
Soryon:
I dont play WoW (I am an EQ addict) but I must admit that is a really nice UI you put together there.
I wonder, how long did it take you to accomplish that and what programs did you use?

Two hours, if I made a simple design (and without the gears) about 20 minutes.
The addon used inside WoW is called "KgPanels" which basically uploads whatever pictures you place in your "Artwork" directory inside KgPanels. If you don't play WoW and play another game then I suggest looking up what addon or if that game actually allows you to upload images. WoW implements TGA files (I don't really understand what they are nor I really looked up what they are, I just know how to use them). I made the graphics in Adobe PhotoShop CS5 and saved them as TGA. I did try PNG and JPG and both utterly failed to give me transparent BG's since WoW supports TGA more (for whatever reason, if someone can clarify this). Thou' I do remember few things, TGA files are used inside games, which basically is the "main" design for a lot of games to put graphics on polygons and your interface. They go by square size numbers (I heard they can go by rectangle as well, like 512 x 256) so whenever you save a TGA file, you need to have the Alpha channel active, colored white (it has to be to my knowledge), and use Selection on the layer (make sure it's that layer you want it to show) and save it in 1024 x 1024, 512 x 512, 256 x 256, 128 x 128, or 64 x 64 as a TGA file. WoW, so far, as of patch 4.0, doesn't take anything larger than 1024 sizes.
Most YouTube videos doesn't fully explain how the initial process goes and googling this doesn't help very much either. I had to use both in order to understand TGA and how to use it fully. Complicated, but it's done that way.
