Has a lot on the screen where u can't see what is going on >_>
I myself rather have it clear.. Atm I use a crappy UI selfmade tho.. But I'll make an awsome one with Cata =P

Other than some little buff timer scales over my player icon, DBM will show but it will be above my character. And that's it. The UI is not messy. I'm running it at 1600 x 900 window mode. I'm making a second UI based off of this one with a darker color. Check my other videos to see how my UI used to be like. I don't like the way the top is done. I like everything else in Gears of Warcraft UI.

I like the UI lol don't get me wrong. ^^;
But at some points I'm seeing red where I myself prefer there to be nothing . So I have better visuals..
You don't want to know how much I HATE the aura procc thingies they put in WoW now.. When you procc your whole screen gets spammed with stuff, so you know you procced "something"..
Barely can see the screen =P

I'm playing 1920x1080 btw... IIRC. (At work now so can't check).

Btw why don't you wait for cataclysm?
Your whole UI will get messed up when cata comes.. Atleast that always happened with me =P

UI is way to graphical for me, too much stuff to the point that I can't see what certain things are going on.

No it won't...  If you have a single clue of how add ons and patches work, you'd know that it would work.

Since 4.0 is already out, most add ons were that broken are now fixed, which will work cataclysm because it's running on the same 4.x.x patch.

Addons work based off of the patch that was released. Small fix and the addon is working again. I download the new addon, extract, copy over and overwrite, log on and choose the old profile I was working with. All addons get saved so there are no problems and if there is, I can just re-load everything again.

I honor the dedication you've put on that UI, alas I'd like to argue that in a fast paced PVP enviroment that UI would have more cons than pros. I take it you are a PvE player and therefore applaud you for the work you've done. However, I would suggest that on the next UI you'll take a more simplistic approach and try to minimize the eyecandy. Usually UI's that are practical are often also minimalistic.

That is true. It is my first UI and I wanted to try a nice complicated design. For PvP. I do need more space and something nicer to view the game with.
