Very Limited Upload Speed - Comcast

Comcast was sued and lost for throttling Torrents, last year, so I'm pretty sure it's not that:

Comcast is one of my ISP's and the one I use for this bakabt. Using Comcast I was able to DL and UP around 90GB in each direction, in approx a month or less, since I started to actively use my account, after only signing up here a couple months ago. Plus I was able to get a 1 ratio in like a month, using only torrents that were packed with seeders and had little to no leechers (things like this; 337/9 or 44/1 or 76/3 and similar or worse).
I'm pretty sure what has already been mentioned is what rings true, you won't get anywhere seeding just 1 or a couple. I DLed like 20 and left 20 to seed. Like one or 2 have not seeded at all while a few have seeded back 2-3 times, with the rest somewhere between, what matters is the overall average, not the single averages.

I will work on this, I have about 35GB of torrents among 4 torrents (I intend to get more) that are almost completed and it looks like my ratio won't drop below .5 - so it should all be uphill from here.

BBT has a lot of of HD torrents that are hard to find on other sites that are still available (have seeders/leechers). Plus I like the idea of helping a community that offers many high quality torrents - the more people the better.

That was similar to my experience at first, fast downloads and fast uploads - I think I was up to a ratio of 1.5 or so within a month with a decent amount of files. I don't know what happened but one day all 15 of my seeded torrents just kinda died - torrents from other torrent sites were not affected. No idea.
**I'm not sure if the Comcast deity heard my plea after all this time but I seem to be getting respectable uploads now. It was initially about 20kB/s among a number of torrents but it has spiked all the way up to 80kB/s on one torrent. Maybe I just had terrible luck for having my files leeched. Kinda odd that Eureka Seven (older but good) is getting 75kB/s while K-On! (newer and popular) is getting 0.0kB/s - some others must have 'better quality' bandwidth than me. ;)
I'll load up on good freeleech torrents to help the community and my ratio.
Anyway, thanks for everyone's insight on my issue, it was greatly appreciated.

All the torrents hosted on BBT are available publicly. I think hentai is too... don't quote me on that one though.

You do realize that most of the torrents, including the HDs, are from external sources, right?

Weird. Might have been a hiccup somewhere. Or really bad luck, but that's a bit of a stretch. Oh well, looks like we're good.

He did say that he was having trouble finding them available, as torrents tend to die fairly quickly, DDL links expire, bots go down, etc.

^This. I come across lots of links but the availability isn't there a lot of the time. I know I can go to THORA directly for 1080p torrents (which I often do) and get other high-def releases directly from various subbing website (which I often do) - but if I want to know for sure that I can find a certain release with the best chance of availability of seeders/leechers I come here.
