like i said,"i can't seed!". the torrent was already set up yesterday and still no seeds!

you are doing something wrong - "the torrent" is not seeding properly.
which torrent client and version are you using? what does the tracker status message read?
and it would probably be a good idea to seed not just one, but a few more of the 42 torrents your downloaded...
