crc check tool?

It took me a bit more than 200 lines in Delphi 7 :)

But that's because
1) I had to copy/paste a "show Open Folder dialog" from the net, since Delphi 7 does not have the component - just open/save file etc.
2) I wanted a progress bar to show the progress of a single file checking.
