Seeding from my multiple connections.

I own multiple internet connections from different ISPs.  One from Bell Canada, one from Rogers Canada and one from Teksavvy.  Can I use the same computer to seed from multiple?  I'm not multiaccounting, of course, because I'm on the same computer.  I switch connections depending on which area of my house I'm in and how much bandwidth I've used on each, since it's 60-60-200.

As said before the downtime, it's fine. No need to wait. Just make sure you don't send update requests from different IPs for the same torrent at the same time.
