I got a question about a .gif image:
Can someone make a tutorial or something about how to make a (good) .gif image from a anime or something.. Cuz i never understood how that works xD

There are a few ways.
For example you can make a photoshop image and layer each pic you want used then set the frame interval rate at the end.
or for example what I did with my current avi was take a clip out of a video then send it thru a video -> gif converter.
Sometimes if I want to remove a piece of a clip (like subtitles) or add some fx ill toss it into sony vegas first and remove/add whatever b4 I convert it to a gif.

Easiest thing to do would be just find a simple video editor for taking clips out of full shows then just google video to .gif converters. You "might" have to either pay for or find a crack for a good one tho.

Youtube search it. If you have Adobe (I've done it on CS5, I heard CS4 has it too and probably CS3) then just go to Window(s) > Animation. Each new "animation" tab you make represents what you do within the layers (moving, adjusting, etc). If you delete a layer, that layer completely disappears from all other animation frames. You can control the speed as well.

I used to use a gif converted a DL. I forget the name but you could snip out a section of video and adjust the frames per second really easy. It wasn't that advanced of a tool but it was easy to use.

I don't remember the name of it, and there's probably better ones out now you could find with a simple search.

When life gives you lemons, you clone those lemons and make super lemons.

ffmpeg will output to a bunch of pngs.  You can then stick 'em together in whatever you feel like (I'd use Gimp, just because I already have it and know how it works.
