There's a reason why most people on BBT use uTorrent. And it's definitely not the bugs.

Freeware is... free. So yes, it's a free software. If you don't pay money for it, it's free.

But that's beside the point. There is still no official uTorrent port designed to run on Linux systems as a regular client. However, there is a server version of uTorrent made for Linux. And so, keep uTorrent out of this discussion, unless you are talking about the server version.

To quote a somewhat famous person: "Free" as in "free speech", not as in "free beer".

Just because it doesn't cost you any money doesn't mean it's "free", at best it's "for free".
