And I mean the powers from both of them I could move with the speed of light and grill people with lightnings, shot beams from my fingers, Shoot huuuge lightnings and other awesome things also add both Luffys and Buggys skill I could put myself into pieces and strech will shooting lightnings while moving with the speed of light... wouldn't that be awesome xD Also, I wouldn't lose my ability to swim.
And I would just want all of those powers... I couldhave so much fun xD
