think it is Sangoku Chaos, the game,
and the artist that submitted it is called "大鷹 dai taka" can be found Here

Sorry to say this but this hurts my eyes. It's waaaaay too bright. So bright in fact that I have trouble reading the text. Then there's her breath, it cuts off at her hair suddenly so you'll need to fix that. Other than that it looks ok.

I can read the text, but it kind of hurts my eyes. Maybe give it a dark outline or something...
