I can read the text, but it kind of hurts my eyes.  Maybe give it a dark outline or something...

This one would be the "best" one... but... maybe 1px stroke on the texts?, or maybe change the colours of it?, or maybe try outer glow on the text?

Mmmmmmmmmmmmkay, so I changed the colors to more closely reflect what's used in the show, tampered with lineweights again, moved some confetti, redid the shadows, changed the text (zing!), brought out more facial detail, and did a fresh export of the vector... other than that, it's all the same...

pixelization, waste of space, red eye, that red is like, GAWD!
second pic is cut in amny places, at the very least he/she could remove the picture background, and spend on it more than 5 minutes.
the banners selected here are to be a pleasure for the eye, BBT symbolics, those two pics are pretty much telling me "Go away!"

but that is my personal opinion, you can flame me, I am cold so I will be warmer after some flames...
