Can't Upload a (.torrent) File ?

Hi everyone ...

So, I was trying to offer A new torrent today
everything went smoothly until I reach the part where
I have to upload the (.torrent) file ...
It gives me this error ( Upload failed! Invalid filename (not a .torrent). ) !

Now, I'm pretty sure that i created the torrent file right
( I mean, I have already offered a torrent before ) ...
so, Can anyone explain why do I get that error and/or how to fix it ?


PS. I'm using a proxy site to access the main site
since it's "Blocked" in my country ...
also, I wasn't using the proxy site when I offered my first torrent ...

is it possible you accidentally added another file extension which you OS is hiding?
did you try to recreate the torrent file?

No, I didn't
I already had my OS to show all hidden files

and yes, I have recreated the torrent more than 10 times already
still the same meassage appears !

the torrent is working perfectly fine on my end (uploading to bakabt included).
so it seems to be indeed an issue with your proxy ... or something completely different.

and I will try to find an alternative way to upload
my torrents from now on !
