Seeding correctly?

Which means you're best off finding something that has a reasonable S/L ratio and then being patient.

So i need to find torrents with More leechers? and seed off that?

The more seeders there are, the harder it is to seed. So yes, the ideal torrent to seed is one with lots of leechers and few seeders. However, torrents like that are pretty much nonexistent on BakaBT except newly granted torrents.

My suggestions to you would be to hound the offers and browse pages for these reasons:
If you watch the browse tab very often and consistantly, you will be able to see when the newest torrents have been granted/added to the site. It is good to check this every few hours or so (or more often if you want to be etra sure) to make sure that you have the ability to quickly download torrents that are newly granted so you can seed the most. You have to be somewhat quick, though, depending upon your download/upload speeds. Most of the uploading that I do on torrents that have been newly granted is when only one person has the full file and everyone is downloading it for the first time. This is true for most torrents, however, there are some older torrents that have low seeder to leecher ratios that I've also seeded quite a lot on as well. If you'd like to get an idea of the kinds of torrents I mean when I say low seeder to leecher ratios, check out my tracker profile...there should be several old torrents in my active tab of my profile that I've been able to seed a lot on.
Watching the offers tab helps you as well because you will know when something becomes semi-approved, which, in most cases, means that the torrent is closer to being granted. You can't tell when they'll grant it, but you'll know that if something becomes semi-approved, it could get granted at any moment after it gets semi-approved, so you'll know to check the browse tab on the main site a little more often than you usually do :)
Also, by checking the browse tab fairly often, you can find torrents that are added to the site by power uploaders, or people who are able to upload torrents directly onto the site without going through the moderation process. These people are given this status at a staff members' discretion. Checking the browse tab allows you to see if any of the power uploaders have added anything to the site as well :)
Hope this helps, and sorry if I got anything wrong...if I did, let me know. Also, this is just my own opinion, which means that you don't necessarily have to follow what I said in this post.

I totally understand now, Thanks so much guys haha.
Just wanted to verify everything to make sure i was doing it correctly, i wanted to make this site a new hobby for me, and next paycheck i'll be sure to donate to keep it running or whatever it is the donations go to.
Anyways, thanks again for the friendly help.

Did you really need to center that? It's not a poem...
Anyway, forget about donating, unless you're literally on the site 24/7. Donations are open for about one hour max, every three months. If you're lucky enough to donate, good for you, because it nets you quite a bit of upload credit, but don't count on it.
Please do read the Wiki...
SinfulValmar:
Owch, I have read the Wiki and I will continue too until I'm 100% sure of what I'm doing, no need to criticize either just annoying.
Close this topic please what's done is done, Thank to the posters above.
