Dodged death 3 times last night

So i was on my way home last night (02:30ish), I was walking on this pretty long bridge
when i suddenly hear a gun fire. It was really close to me and since it was
pretty late i got surprised. So i look down from the bridge where the sound
came from and i see this guy on his appartment terrace doing a half arsed attempt of hiding
himself and his big black sniper rifle (the weapon was over half the mans size).
Now since I've never ever in my life seen anything like this or a weapon this big
I got pretty shocked. So what I did I just walked calmly but slightly faster
and hope the guy stopped since i saw him but then another 2 shots whizzed
past me and I managed to get out of his sight.

Man this was pretty scary

No i didnt because my phone is broken...
i thought about calling them first thing in the morning but its just... troublesome.

Feel free to believe so, its true though. Im still pretty shocked, i'd never think anything like
that would happen to me.

Also, the reason i cant be arsed calling the cops is that its just.. so much easier to just sit
infront of my computer and just forget about the whole thing. If i call the cops
there will be alot of work, explaining stuff and pointing out where the guy lives....

Yes ofcourse, but im not sure how i link the location on google maps so i took a print screen.
If you wanna search for it type in Hundvåg in norway and you should be able to find this
place its pretty small.

I was standing around the area my mouse is (sigh you cant see my mouse apparently , as you can see the bridge is pretty long
and there's alot of appartments under it

EDIT: If you look around in the area were my mouse is you should be able to find
this appartment, here i got a print screen from where he was standing when he shot at me!

Not reporting it in to the cops leaves the idiot at large. Assuming you don't know who it is, that leaves him to possibly kill someone else when he does get his aim right...

If that happens, the question is: can you live with yourself knowing someone died, because you didn't call the cops due to the fact your phone was broken, and thought it was too much trouble otherwise?

I'm not saying that reporting it in will get him off the streets on time before he may kill someone, but atleast you could say to yourself that you had done about all you could in the given situation.

You need to contact the cops ASAP. If you still haven't, then you need to do so now. Because someone else's life can be taken if that killer is still on the loose.

can you imagine if the "supposed" shooter was a baka member as well.   i am only making light of the situation because i am highly dubious.
not sure how laws work in Norway; but if true- you should report it to the police.. as in a roundabout way you are an accessory to any future
endeavors your supposed killer may engage in.
