Help, New Ip form my ISP with old account !!!

Dear BakaBT Team,

I've been in situations were warned, because the old ISP requires a long time uploading files, so I to replace with a new ISP with new IP I've been doing SEED for a month and no increase in the ratio of SEED, I use my old account so I can hope back to download :'(.

Please BakaBT Team Help me :'(

I forgot, I will tell you one more time, I have 2 different IP I would do the seed with 2 IP but with one of my old account so that my upload ratio rapidly increases, can BakaBT Team looking for a way out with my problem, please ...

We do not track by IP, so you may have as many IPs as you want...
However, I do not see any torrents active on your account, so you are probably not doing something right.
Read 'How to re-seed.'

Please tell us what client you are using and if you are getting a tracker error from it.

I also noticed on my account was on active torrent I was not there but my utorrent still seeding. I've done seed in utorrent 2.2 but no change in my seed ratio

Check your trackers, and stop seeding publicly (this is likely your problem). If the tracker name starts with a month like october or november, redownload the torrent file while logged in.

Make sure you check to see if uTorrent is giving you a tracker error too (check the Trackers tab and look under the status column).

because I was warned and I was not able to download the file so that I can no longer do the seed. is there any way out for me to go back to download the file and make seed. please given me a chance once. :'(

Sure, get the file elsewhere. Your warning won't be lifted until your ratio is satisfactory. No exceptions.
