My wife went out and bought a Dyson for near 50% off... it was like $240 instead of $450 or however expensive they normally are. Our floors are super clean now.

Those are fucking fun machines to play with. We paid like 320 for ours a few years ago. Yes, the Dyson Ball is a really funky moving machine. Looks like an invention Iron Man would want to use.
This is your home now. So take advantage of everything here, except me.

Hmmm we didn't get the ball - though they are still available around here at least. Ours has an orange top. I'm told they're color coded.

Ok, this is bugging me now and I can't not ask. What in the hell is Black Friday? Did the sun not rise and I missed it? Is there now a national day where everyone wears corpse paint and screams in each others faces? Is it a day like Veterans Day where you gives thanks to all the old black slaves of years gone past that used to feed your overweight ancestors?

You're British, right? It may not be a big thing there as you don't celebrate Thanksgiving. We, here in America at least, kick off our "Christmas shopping" the day after Thanksgiving. So, retailers use this day as a day to put out major sales to move product - so in theory this one day can take your company and put you in the "black" (profit) - thus Black Friday.
