10032 is the number assigned to one of the main Sisters in the plot, she's the one present during the Accelerator Arc in Index season 1. Also as there are 20000 original Sisters and the next one assigned to be killed was 10032 during the Accelerator Arc, there are currently 9968 Sisters remaining, plus Last Order, and of course Misaka herself

Isn't the point of member numbers to be automatically incremented?  You can't very well say you're the 44th member if you joined 2nd.

it was the point of it, but can't be made to argue them about it, I'm planning to give the numbers on randomizer from now on, at least there is the members roster list which i update every time a member joins the club to keep track of the numbers, nice winter fox you got there btw :)
