That was probably because Chiya hates Havoc and since Havoc founded this he told Tomoya not to join.
But that really is some epic art. I really need to draw Ika-chan myself too. Maybe tomorrow or Friday when I have time :3

I'll try my hand at drawing on saturday, but will not share if it isn't looking the slightest good, will not taint Ika's good name with my incompetence as an artist, BTW Ika Musume episode 9, new ED and they used the make up chapter XD
