Nothing wrong with hugging a pillow that has a picture on it...... as long as you remember it's only a picture on a pillow.
It's when you start talking to it that would make me worry. 
that is better, personally I only have one nearly flat pillow, I don't need Ika Musume on it, that would feel wrong, i like her because it's Ika Musume, young silly but very smart and a really cute girl everyone falls in love with.
