DS screen protectors?
Chiyachan:
I use invisishield on my iphone. It's good. Just don't fuck up putting it on.

tnx for linking a thread i had already read when i was searching around foh =P all that particular thread wound up telling me back then was that target may carry hori,w hich lead to my question about the US hori guards VS JP ones. The fact that you seem to think putting glue (some brands actually use a type of glue, not just a very light tacky coat) onto your DS screen is just fine and dandy, and you think a cheap 99 cent store variety would be as good as high grade resistant plastic shows that i dont really need to hear any more of your 'opinions' tnx anyway
@chiyachan hmm the only invisishield thing i see searching amazon for the DS is by PDP, wheras the one for iphones seems to be made by ZAGG.. so i dont think thats the same thing. Do they use adhesive?
Ah i browsed Zagg's site and found this

kinda pricy. I think a lot of people use these on their iphones, and in that regard i've heard good things about them. I'm not sure if it would be the best thing for the DS though. Most of the reviews and info im finding for it is for a whole DS sleeve, i just want to cover the touch screen
I wound up just ordering the JP hori ones from playasia for now. I also picked up a PDP one from target and will take a look at that and see how it looks and if i want to use that or wait for the hori ones. That invisishield one looks pretty nice though

But i think they rebrand their stuff so i guess it coul be PDP. Question about it since you didnt specify: Does it use glue to ahdere to the screen or just static charge? Im definatly looking for the later in case i need to switch it out

I had to actually lift the protector to check that since I couldn't remember... The surface of it is slightly sticky but there are no globs of glue or anything and there's no residue left on the screen after removing the protector if that's what you're concerned about.
