avi? jap audio?
Why do you need that particular combination? Hardware player or something? According to the AniDB link that you posted, there is no complete* .avi / Japanese audio / English sub version of the series. Your best option is to download one of the dual-audio releases and encode an .avi version yourself.
*Okay, there is an .avi release, but it's not labeled as being by any group and thus would be hard to find.
But speaking of Mirage of Blaze, it looks like it'd be worthwhile to replace the current torrent with ACX's release -- the LadyN version is DivX/.ogm, and according to the one AniDB comment suffers from OCR errors. Audio on ACX seems a little low, but it seems like they did include both subtitle tracks for once. ACX's encode was recent enough that it wasn't available when macros74 did his ".ogm torrents that can be replaced with .mkv" post.
Another option for some enterprising remuxer would be to grab the (possibly R2J?) x264/AC3 DVD raws off nyaa, and combine them with the English audio from anime-takeover's release and then the main+secondary subs from either ACX or a-t. (a-t English audio = 122 kbps vorbis, ACX - 96 kbps AAC, LadyN = 85 kbps vorbis)
