Do you like board games?

So, you do you like board games?
I mean EVERY kind of board games as long as you aren't playing online.
So menaing, board games that you play In Real Life with your In Real Life friends In Real Life place.
Well, I love them, I play those when ever I can. :P It relly is fun!

I certainly do enjoy a fair few board games (<3 Risk). It's usually lots of fun, shame no one else around feels the same it seems :O

Risk is great, but Diplomacy is at least 1,000 times better. Diplomacy is so awesome, you should really give it a try if you ever get the chance!

Only board game I have played regularly is Scrabble.
Normally I play card games.

The standard games in our household are Betrayal (at the House on the Hill) and (Settlers of) Catan. Risk and Risk: God Storm are for when we have more time, chess and go are for two players, and a number of other games fill various needs.
A HNer recently pushed up a board-game-recommendation website as a weekend app. You might find it interesting or useful.

One of my housemates is likely bringing Diplomacy home after Christmas. He's been raving about it since he played at a friend's house this summer.
