Could someone explain me detailedly what does this mean?

Shows what your ratio would be after full download 4.735 => 4.733
(Albeit as it's now freeleech and ratio can't go down only up, it simply shows your current ratio :P...)

The value doesn't take seeding into account so if you seed while downloading, the sinkage will be less...

the "Downloading:" part belongs to that entry too.

so it's "Ratio after Downloading: 4.733 (Freeleech!)" ... should be pretty much self-explanatory ;)

Ok thx. Now I know why I had this question and why the answer is simple:
It's not "Ratio after 4.733 (Freeleech!)"
but it is
"Ratio after Downloading: 4.733 (Freeleech!)"
