Missing versions of Gundam 00

Requesting a few alternate versions of Gundam 00 and Gundam 00 2nd season to fill out all the options.

Season 1:
Group B Single Audio: We only have OZC's dual-audio Blu-Ray version. According to this description, Conclave-Mendoi's 720p HDTV release was on BBT in the past, but it seems to have been removed for unknown reasons. A 720p Blu-Ray release with Menclave subs would be nice. But the only such version I know of is DmonHiro's, and it's a re-encode/downscale of Thora's 1080p release, thus likely not eligible. So, does anybody want to re-offer Menclave's HDTV release? DmonHiro does have some reasoning as to why the Menclave subs are better, such as the timing method for overlapping dialogue. Plus, the dub space-saving will let people save roughly 1.3 CDRs vs. OZC's release , and we all love Menclave's fancy AFX karaoke amirite?

Group C Dual-audio: There are several options, such as ACX, A~A, and CCA (CopyCatAnime). The one AniDB comment indicates that CCA is pretty good, although it is downscaled to 396p. A~A has vobsubs, as usual for them.

Season 2:
Only missing version is Group C dual-audio. It looks like A~A will be the only version finished in the remotely near future.

I don't see why we can't use DmonHiro's version for the Season 1 group B slot. Remuxes are frowned heavily upon sure, but why would the same apply to a downscale by an official group using THORA as a source, especially when there doesn't seem to be any better Blu Ray rip for that category. Assuming of course, it looks better than Menclave which I'd bet is true.
