That is a weird one, because I am pretty sure that my Oblivion character didn't look like that when I became Sheogorath and a ruler over Shivering Isles. I wonder if daedric princes turned Jyggalag into Sheogorath again.

What are the mods like for this? I have the PS3 version so can't do anything like that.
