Achievement Unlocked : I broketed it !
Successfully achieved truce, and then instantly, all NPCs vanish in thin air.
Visiting their strongholds yields no response from the ghastly situation.
Lets face it, I broke the game. Quick save+Quick load doesn't help :(

Did you try disabling your mods from the launcher?
