Dwarven 2h sword looks somewhat similar. Set lightning as one of the enchantments.

I'm going to dig and see what the dawnstar sword model is and try to manipulate it.
I would rather have a 2hander though lvl 16 with 57 2hand, and Buster sword with Shock damage :)
gonna get black star now :)
