Missing the point, you achieved it.Whiterun has several Redguards, some Khajitt and even the lizard (forgot it's race name).If you look close enough at the cross-hair target text, you just might understand the subtle point.
I don't even see a Joke here tbh, I suppose this has to do with the city name (Village more like) and him not being white.
