Do a bit more of the main quest.

btw to kill anything as a sneak character... get shadow warrior, then sneak RIGHT before you hit in combat, and you'll do the full x30 damage (only x15 if you don't have the gloves)

Well I'm sure you can find a mod that makes everyone a white Nord.

Missing the point, you achieved it.

Whiterun has several Redguards, some Khajitt and even the lizard (forgot it's race name).

If you look close enough at the cross-hair target text, you just might understand the subtle point.
