It's "Argonian".
If the picture weren't so fucking small it would be possible to read the cross-hair target text.

In that case even I missed the point. The joke is that he's a Redguard and the place is called Whiterun.
The guy's name is Alik'r Warrior, one of the mercs that want to take the refugee noble Redguard in Whiterun back to Hammerfell. I don't see what that has to do with the joke.

I don't even see a Joke here tbh, I suppose this has to do with the city name (Village more like) and him not being white.
The subtle pun if any would be his name being Alik'r Warrior to indicate being a muslim perhaps ?
Personally I don't find it funny at all, but Alik'r Warriors are not welcome in the Skyrim cities at all because they have a reputation of being violent murderers ...
