lol. I thought it was already implied? But yea, just imagine a couple more lines there involving slaughterfish and waterbreathing techniques.. haha. >_<

I think I know why your companions can't use shouts.
Just adding a shout doesn't mean it's available for use. They need to be unlocked with dragon souls, even if you add dragon souls to you companions they can't use those souls to actually activate the shouts.
