Well, part of it's shipping preferences, which are kinda silly. But it's a love polygon series that seems to take the least satisfying way to resolve itself. If Hiromi was the only possible choice why make her the least interesting character in the show? Part of why First Girl Wins is so common is that it gives you more time to develop the earlier introduced characters. Just sorta feels like she gets chosen by default.

Noe was the highlight of the series, but the ending just makes it all seem kinda pointless.

So their original plot involves spending almost an entire show making one of the choices interesting, and then defaulting to the first one as soon as the main character discovers it's not incest if he does so.

I am annoyed by series with endings so open, that it's like nothing even happened(comedies may not apply to this rule).

---

Huge boobs and spending several minutes of each episode on showing them.

Those and more are so common because it's and easy way to make somehow popular anime without thinking of anything original.

Oh, and when there's a great solution used in ep x that would be perfect for a situation in ep x+n, but they somehow forget it and make a whole episode about doing it the other way.

Pussy main character that has super powers but hesitates to use it causing damage(or deaths) again and again is also so freaking annoying. I was really thankful that in Gundam(Seed? I'm not sure) the main character after a while has decided to leave doubts out of the battlefield.

Hope it's understandable because I struggled to put some of those sentences into english.

Open ending for romance anime is why I never bother watching the last few episodes recently

Huge ones do not compensate for plot is also an agreed upon point

Kira Yamato, little too overly dramatic yes, but too much crying not enough psychology to tolerate it all is another point.
Story needs to support or it fails

Yes it was

Anime is anime so its good.
More a western fan thing, but there's so many to sift through, people need to remember there's a bit of sea and international boarders to act as a filter to even support that assumption

Shohei-kun:
Mine is an event that doesn't occur. It is when you expect something really dramatic to happen and it doesn't. I am a sucker for main characters getting severely injured and side characters get emotional and stuff. I like that kind of cliche drama, yet for some reason it never happens. A cliche that never happens. What?

On the same note, I absolutely hate Deus Ex Machinas. 99% of the time they completely undermine the entire show. I hate when the main character suddenly becomes the all powerful hand of God.

Bleach. Ichigo retroactively has all sorts of powers that didn't even exist at the start of the series. He's always had them, he just didn't know (and the writer hadn't created them yet.)
