What event occuring in anime do you hate the most?

1. Lame-ass protagonists that i can neither identify with nor respect. I don't need my protagonist to be a super-hero but i do need him to be interesting. And not annoying as hell. I mean theres alotta stuff i put up with. Nosebleed scenes .. well it was funny the first time .. sorta ... once i got the joke. I can also put up with winning with the power of friendship. Hell sometimes that's even kinda cool. I know it's a saccharine delusion. But it's a nice one. But every time i see a young male protagonist who is a sniveling coward with a fear of female intimacy that borders on pathological i pretty much stop watching  right there. When watching some harem Anime's sometimes i have stopped a series with some rather decent story or now because i just had to say hey hey HEY hold ON! If this was in any way a realistic depiction of people this would rapidly have descended into a porno. I also hate it when female leads only distinguishing characteristic is that they are female. And usually hot. IF you want to be a protagonist you have to be interesting.

2. The romantic Anime where the male character doesn't "get" a rather simple premise the first time on the grounds that testicles preclude sensitivity or subtlety. Also weakling men who let women bully them and call it romance. Seriously some tsundere's can be cool.  But any woman who beats the snot out of you on a regular basis is probably NOT the love of your life. I'm looking at you Kaname Chidori. (click to show/hide)I mean seriously has NO ONE figured out that sagara needs a "birds and the bees" talk and sat down with him yet. It was funny at first but by the end it kind of felt like FMP was just a show where we watch cruel people make fun out of a traumatized and ignorant child soldier.

3. When good looking people are good and ugly people are bad. You know what im talking about i don't like it in Hollywood or soap operas and i certainly don't like it in anime.
